How do I contact the RSP?

I tried to create an account, but never got a confirmation email. What, oh what, do I do?
Check your spam folder. If it's not there, or you're having other problems, send an email to Admin.
I cannot remember my account user ID or password, and need my daily RSP fix. How do I login?
Your user ID is the email address that you provided to the RSP. Use the Forgotten Password link and an message with a temporary password will be emailed to you.
The pop-up windows take a long time to load. How can I speed this up?
The pop-ups are written in Javascript, and the speed depends on the browser that you're using (and your computer as well.) Sometimes (this is rare) the server is loaded which may cause delays as well. If you are persistently seeing long loading times, please send a message to Admin, including information about the browser and machine which you are using.
When I click on a music score or test, a window opens up with the content. I want to download the material. How do get the music/test to download?
The behavior of the link (whether it downloads, opens up, default application, etc.) depends on the browser settings. Right-click on the link to see a set of options, of which one should be "save link as" or something along those lines.
Parts of the page look weird on my browser: for example, the logo is obscured, I cannot click on some links, etc. What do I do?
If something does not work right, or if there are any bugs to reports (or suggestions to be made) please email Admin. Please include details on the browser, machine, screen size, and any other relevant information that may help us figure out what's going on.
I am a student at the RSP and would like to tell the world how great Mrs. Angela is. How do I do this?
Send an email with your testimonial to either Admin or Angela.
I am a student at the RSP, and would like to share [photographs | videos | scanned sheet music | a testimonial] with others. How do I upload the content?
You cannot directly upload any content to the website. Please email either Admin or Angela and it will (if appropriate) be uploaded.
When I log on, I get redirected to the student page. But there's so much wonderful content on the home page! How do I return to the home page?
Click on the logo (or the header) or the home key to return to the home page.
